Weekend DUI Checkpoints
Have a big weekend ahead of you? Don’t ruin it by getting arrested for a DUI. Take note of checkpoints happening in your area.
CALIFORNIA DUI CHECKPOINTS
San Rafael- Checkpoint tonight starting at 6pm. Eastbound on Third and Union streets. Possible relocation to northbound Irwin Street and Fifth Ave
Pacifica – Checkpoint tonight starting at 6pm. Location undisclosed but checkpoints in the area usually take place near Crespi Drive and Linda Mar Blvd.

CA DUI Checkpoints – July 22nd – July 24th
Here is a list of sobriety checkpoints that will be taking place in California this weekend.
Alameda – Tonight – There will be a checkpoint near Livermore 10pm to 2 am. The exact location has been undisclosed but look for signs indicating that a checkpoint is in the vicinity.
North Sacramento – Tonight – A checkpoint will be held on Del Paso Blvd and El Camino Ave from 8:30 to around 4 am
San Luis Obispo – Tonight – Look for a checkpoint within Atascadero from 7pm to 1:30 am
Lake Elsinore – Saturday – Police will hold a checkpoint at an undisclosed time and location within city limits.
California DUI Checkpoints – July 15 – 17
Los Angeles – Carmageddon is taking over Los Angeles, so why anyone would drive in LA is beyond me. However, if you’re risking the danger of the automobile apocalypse, can you please share any LA based DUI checkpoints with us? Feel free to head over to our Facebook page to share!
Now, on to other parts of California…
San Diego – There will be a checkpoint within the city on Saturday lasting most of the night, between 9 am and 4 am. The exact location is undisclosed but expect it to be near a hot spot.
Fairfield – Tonight on the 1400 Block of Travis Blvd, from 8pm to 1 am.
Ventura- Tonight at an undisclosed location within the city from 8pm to 3am. Expect the location to be near a popular hang-out.
The OC – Checkpoint tonight in Tustin from 6 pm to 2 am.
Citrus Heights – A checkpoint will be taking place tonight at Madison Ave, east of San Juan Ave. 7pm to 3:30 am.
DUI Checkpoints This Weekend
I’m sure you’re wondering where DUI checkpoints are happening this weekend, so here are some big ones to look out for.
Massachusetts, Worcester County. On Friday and Saturday nights, MA police will be holding checkpoints in undisclosed locations throughout the county.
California, Roseville and Claremont. This Friday at 6pm Claremont police will hold a checkpoint until 2 am. Also, Roseville residents should be on the lookout for a checkpoint happening on Saturday from 8pm to 2:30 am.

Although we should be gearing up for checkpoints happening Memorial Day weekend, you should also be aware that the police are out patrolling for DUI offenders this weekend as well. Have a safe weekend!

Norco- Saturday, May 14, from 7:00 pm – 3:00 am within the City of Norco
Los Angeles – Friday May 13th, 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. Eastbound Manchester Boulevard between Hoover Street and Figueroa Street
Santa Rosa- Friday, May 13th, 2011, from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., in location where DUI-related accidents and arrests are known to occur
OHIO
Toledo – Saturday, May 14th, in Sandusky on Perkins Ave
MISSOURI
Kansas City – Friday, May 13th, Early morning hours Saturday in western Johnson County.
California Cinco De Mayo Checkpoints
Cinco De Mayo is a fun day to celebrate, but it’s important that you stay as responsible as possible. CA police are going to be out and about looking for revelers and here are some places you might expect to see some flashing lights.
Contro Costa County – 22 Saturation patrols
Sonoma County – extra saturation patrols
Yolo County and Tulare County – patrols on city streets as well as on freeways and unincorporated communities
Los Angeles – Saturation patrols throughout county
DUI Checkpoints for Friday, April 1st – CA, FL, MO
There are no DUI checkpoints happening the entire weekend.
April Fool’s! Let’s get real. Here’s some checkpoints that are happening in your region tonight:

Super Bowl (and Puppy Bowl) DUI Checkpoints
Apparently there’s this popular football game happening this weekend and I’m supposed to remind you about sobriety checkpoints.
But seriously folks! Super Bowl Sunday has been known to be a major holiday with a lot of DUI arrests. Don’t think you can get away with driving after drinking, especially not this weekend. There are plenty of patrols out there missing their Super Bowl Sunday (or Puppy Bowl Sunday) to seek out drunk drivers. Don’t let that be you.

Statewide crackdown continuing into Monday.

Watch out, Steeler fans- police are going to be everywhere. Patrols are going to be tripled. Plus, most schools will have a two-hour delay on Monday to ensure students’ safety.

Dalton – roving patrols

Increased patrols statewide – Please note that these patrols are happening all weekend and not just on Super Bowl Sunday.
