What is another to get caught drinking and driving? It’s probably by getting your vehicle stuck in a car wash.
John Jay Hinkle, of Forrest City, Arkansas, got his truck stuck in one of the bays of Splash Carwash this past Friday. Carwash employees contacted the police after noticing Hinkle to be under the influence of something. (It was a mixture of alcohol and oxycodone.)
Police arrested Hinkle for a DUI along with other charges that include driving without insurance and driving on a suspended license.
This is Hinkle’s second DUI offense.
The penalties for a second DWI in Arkansas are significantly worse. Therefore, if you’ve been arrested for multiple DUIs, you need to hire an attorney right away.
